You can apply by registering and up-loading your CV on www.recruitmatch.co.uk.  We will do the necessary checks and try and match you with current job vacancies. RecruitMatch will be there from start to finish supporting you in the process until you settle in the UK.

You can decide who to work for in the Health & Social Care Sector from the employers who are registered with us, this includes residential care homes, nursing homes, domicillary care, NHS etc… If you accept a job, you will be employed by them directly with a contract in place.

This would depend on your qualifications and experience, however we currently recruit Care assistants, Senior carers and Registered nurses.

The choice is yours.  We have clients throughout the UK. It’s easier to find work if you’re willing to move where the vacancies are, but otherwise we can also try to find you a healthcare or nursing job in the part of the country you are interested in.

This will vary depending on the job you have been offered. We can discuss this in more detail with you.

To become a registered nurse in the UK, you will need to register with the NMC. This applies to all nurses, including General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses and Midwives.

No, our services are fully free of charge to you as we are paid by the employers that work with us.

We'll advise you on the Health & Social Care vacancies within the UK. The vacancies will be based on your personal requirements and will be discussed with you in detail to help you choose the best one(s) to apply for.

We will assist you in preparing for your online interview with your potential employer.

If successful in your interview, we'll liaise with you and the employer to help you with the process and to settle you in the UK, ensuring you're updated on any developments, as they arise.

Where appropriate, we will provide support and guidance on any applications that you are required to make.

We offer pastoral support, which could include picking you up from the airport, settling in the UK and with your new organisation.

Yes, you will need a visa to work in the UK, when applying for a Health & Social Care job, if successful the employer must have a sponsorship license to allow you to get the visa.

Yes, however they will require the appropriate requirements and visa.

We recommend not bringing your family over to the UK until you have settled in.

Overseas candidates are required to commit to their position within the employer for at least their visa duration, which could be 3 or 5 years.

This will be dependant on the employer, however RecruitMatch will support you with this.

As a UK resident, you will be entitled to free medical care from the NHS, including access to a GP (doctor), emergency and non-emergency hospital treatment, and other services (e.g. visiting a clinic).

You may need to pay for some services, like vaccinations, dental and optical treatment, and prescription medicines.

Different employers will offer varying benefits packages; however, RecruitMatch will try to get the best package for you.  We will cover this in more detail with you directly.

Income tax and National Insurance will be automatically taken from your monthly salary, so the amount of money you take home will be lower.

As soon as you arrive in the UK, you must apply for a National Insurance number. This can only be done whilst living in the UK, and we'll be happy to help you. Find out more.

The process can take from 3- 6 months.  However, you must meet all the requirements.

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding our recruitment process.

We don’t charge any up-front fees or hidden costs for recruiting staff on your behalf. Only when the candidate starts employment with you will we expect payment of our fees.  Our fees are 10% of the first year’s gross salary.

We agree this amount with you before you sign any contracts with us. Our rates are competitive and reflect the high quality, hassle-free recruitment service we offer.

Employers will need to apply for a Sponsorship licence for their organisation from the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI - part of Home Office) . The initial licence lasts for 4 years and can be renewed before expiry. If your sponsor licence renewal application is successful, your sponsor licence will be extended for a further 4 years.

Normally 8 weeks, however there are times of delay.  There is a priority service at an additional cost.

We don’t deal with it directly, this can be done by the organisation themselves, however we work with a company that may be able to deal with it for a fee. 

UKVI charge the following –

Small Employer - £536 (You will usually be classed as a small business for an organisation employing 50 or less with assets under 5m.)

Large Employer - £1476

Once you have a sponsorship licence, you can apply for a CoS through your Sponsor Management System (SMS).

It can be assigned to a potential employee.  Each CoS has its own number which will be used by the worker when they are applying for their visa.

We help you explore this new, sustainable way to find, vet and place talented Health and Social care Staff.  We aim to provide committed staff who stick around longer and deliver consistent patient care. We help you from start to finish and include a high level of Pastoral Care for each candidate that has been offered a job by you for up to 6 months after they start. We tailor our service to your requirements.

Three to six months from starting the process of becoming a sponsor through to your new recruit starting work with you seems to be the average, although we’ve come across examples of it being as quick as 8 weeks. Once you’re set up as a sponsor, it will become quicker for subsequent recruits.
